No proper info provided

I have traded in my Kia Rio 2015 to VW Silver lakes for a Chevrolet Cruze 2015 which i was promised that the car will be completely checked and repaired accordingly. I was advised that it has a Service plan of up to 90000km until the bank called me to offer top up service plan, thus when i was made aware that its Service Plan was finished at 60000km. The car was delivered to me without being serviced for 60 000km service - Odo was 61000km. The bumper had scratches which my husband was given a number to call to arrange for painting. The Chev badge on the front bumper had peeled off and im advised to buy it myself when i disputed it im advised that i bought a second hand car. Unfortunately they forgot to ask me to sign a delivery note that confirms that i am happy with everything that has been explained to me - no service history for the car. I refused to sign the form coz i had to call left right and center to have the vehicle service booked and im threatened that i wont be able to collect the car from GM if i do not sign the form. What a service? I dont even know what will be the car findings after the service but im threatened to sign a satisfactory document? Really is this how Mc Cathy does business.?

Good Day,

Please see below response from the Sales Manager to your query. I have sent this through via email as well.

Afternoon Webmaster

Ms Ncube vehicle has gone through a thorough 80 point check which is a requirement by McCarthy VW. The clients husband was informed that the vehicle has a 60000km service plan and not a 90000km service plan that Mr Ncube compares to his Toyota Corolla. The vehicle has been booked for a 60000km service at Barloworld City Deep.

We have had the bumper repaired by Sparking paint shop in Hazeldene. He was informed that if he is not satisfied with the repair to the front bumper, he is welcome to take it to Sparkling at the Mall of Africa for repairs at no cost which is closer for him.

No mention was made with regards to the badge before delivery. If the badge needed to be replaced due it been broken or damaged, this would have been replaced during the 80 point check. Mr Ncube asked the sales consultant to order a badge and he also mentioned that he will pay for the new badge.
