No delivery of goods

Bought a new car on the 18th September 2015 and it had no antenna, on my way home from Pretoria to Durban the sales person called and promised to send me the antenna. Up until today have not received the promised goods. I have been trying to get hold of them and spoke to a lady called Precious and left messages for Bianca to call me. Till today. The sales person is not taking my call. I am experiencing problems with the reception in the car.
