Nissan Xtrail the worse car

<p>I would like to bring my complaint to your attention. I took my car in for the 15000 km service on 28/09/2016. A few days after the service my car started making a funny sound both front and rear when I brake. My brakes falter when I reverse down a hill at a specific angle. It has also happened to me whilst driving forward in traffic. Essentially, the ABS kicks in when it shouldn’t and the brakes make a ‘grinding’ noise. It also makes a whistling sound when driven at a very low speed.I brought the car back on 29/11/2016 and Lenzil tested the car and heard the noise. My car was given back the same day but the moment I left the same noise was there. I have now brought the car back on more occasions after this on the following dates, 05/12/2016, 19/12/2016, 18/01/2017 and the last 20/02/2017 with no luck in fixing the problem. I was given two other Xtrails to test on which I found the same thing on one of them with the higher mileage. I was told by the Service Adviser Mark Chettiar that there is nothing that they can do as this is normal on the Xtrails. I struggle to believe that this is a standard feature on the car as has been explained to me numerous times by Nissan – if so, I encourage any and everyone to avoid purchasing it – it’s not worth the effort. My other question would then be if this is normal why is that Nissan don't tell the customer at point of sale as I for one would never have bought this vehicle if I knew it woul be doing this. Also if it was normal then this car would be making the noises when purchased brand new. Why does Nissan also not do a recall on all the Xtrails that is doing it.
