Nissan End Street - 3 Times dissappointed

I took my car for service at Nissan End Street 12/02/18. Five days later I had to return my car as it was heating up very badly. My car was there for 2/3 days and I told that all the perimeters has been reset and 10 days later same issue. The consultant informed me that the quote to fix issue is R14 000. I ESCALATED THE MATTER TO THE DEALER PRINCIPLE Karin and the SERVICE Manager Sean Govender - after listening to my complaints the Dealer principle politely told me unfortunately there's nothing they can do. I BEG TO DIFFER....THEY SHOULD'VE TOLD ME THIS WHEN I RETURNED MY CAR AFTER SERVICE...IF THEY WERE NOT ACCOUNTABLE WHY DID THEY RESET THE PERIMETERS ON THE CAR......I FIND THIS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. To top it off on the paper work my car is described as a 1.6 but it actually is a 1.8.......HAS THE INCORRECT COMPONENTS BE USED ON MY CAR? AGAIN WHY DID THEY RESET ANYTHING IF FAULT WAS NOT WITH THEM??????
