Nightmare service with Bidvest McCarthy Chrysler Centurion

I bought a Dodge Jouney in 2013 and have been taking it to this dealer for services. They are pathetic. There is always something wrong with my car after they worked on it. They last serviced my car in December. Today there is smoke coming out of the engine....I have already phoned 5 times, and have left messages everytime as no one answers the phone when they put me through to the workshop manager. The last time I phoned they put down the phone in my ear. This car is also a nightmare. Everytime I drive on a dirt road for lengthy periods the aircon breaks. This is the third time. My uconnect has broken 4 times and my rear camera has also broken. I am really tired of dealing with this car and having to engage with a business that is pathetic and lax.
