NF Polo Vivo not to be bought

I bought a 2018 NF Polo Vivo and within days of having the car I had gearbox issues. I took the car back in and they told me I must bring it in to get check. And when I took it back they promised me the issue was fixed. A few Weeks later I had the ver say issue at this time it was a month having the car. I took it back and requested to speak to my sales person and sales manager to explain to them that I don't see the value of the car I bought due to all these faults. I was told to bring it back so they can try fix the issue it was a warranty issue. My car came back worse than it was. The gear cover was broken and still the problem was not fixed. They promised to change the gearbox so had to bring it back again for the 3rd time. In the process of this there were days I had no car for personal issues, I got into an accident with the car and it left me so unhappy because I bought a car brand new but it wasn't the best quality.

There are many times I tried to explain to the dealer that they should just give me another even if it's second hand I'm happy and they refused. Now that I see other reviews about the car I see that I'm not as crazy as they made me out to be. These Volkswagen cars are really bad cars and not good quality. And Volkswagen just doesn't want to take responsibility for their mistakes and recall the car.
