new chery leaking steering rack
This year 2015 i decided to service with JJ MOTORS, they were amazed that if I bought car new it cant have a leaking steering rack. They recommended i take it back to where I bought it. [ on 2 occassions i attempted to trade-it-in, but to no vain. I never got even a report back] The manager, who knows history of this car told me I wil have to pay R500,00, to confirm if the leaking is for pump or steering rack knowing very well it costs nothing to do so, because I didn't service with them , I didn't see any point of it because they ignored problem twice. mechanic promised free recheck. I was quoted at least R10 000, but no print out. quote breakdown : Re- Check + rack AND/or pump +ATF + R105 + 4hrslabourR2 000 = R13 000. On the recheck day, it was another drama from the manager s office, who insisted I must pay, to the mechanic, who changed his promise to check for free, me asked to go back to office to move away from the customers, which i refused and drove back to work * Orcket salesman, Louwie manager then, Cindy clerk, cliff, Mr Brytenbach, Shandita, Christo, Andre, KNOW MY ATTEMPTS TO REPORT sound when going on humps or after JJ motors service. trade-in the car thank
