NEW BRAKES SWAPPED FOR OLD BRAKES
My 1st service was with Toyota Hatfield. i drove the car until 27000kms and the oil light reflected twice in one week. I was not in Pretoria by that time i had to go to the nearest garage and check. Petrol attended told me that my oil tank is empty i had to buy 3 can of oil to refill it. Does it mean that Toyota did not fill up the oil tank? This was the first time this happened to me. On the 22nd of September 2015 I took my car for the 30000 service to McCarthy Toyota Centurion. I was then called later during the day by service assistant named Engela forgot her surname. She advised me that my brakes are finished and need to be replaced, I then told her to contact my husband who was surprised and shocked as the car was new and told her that is impossible as all the Toyota cars we have driven we only replaced brakes at 45 000kms. He asked Engela how is it possible that the brake moved from 8mm to 4 cause we usually drive the car from home to work and this about 60kms a day? After a week we were then forced to buy new brakes from Toyota dealership where a gentleman who assistant him was also shocked that the car is still new the brakes cant be finished at 30000km
