NEVER SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE AT THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!

As per our telecon here are the issues when I picked up my vehicle from service after more than a week.

The rubbers at the back of the headlights WHICH WERE REPLECED were not fitted as requested but was done by the foreman when I questioned it.

The brake light was not changed but done by the foreman when we checked.

The alignment and balancing was not done as requested and stated on the job card.

The etag was snapped off the holder.HOW DOES ONE DO THAT!!

I NEVER HAD ANY RESPONSE TO MY COMPLAINTS. THE WORST THING IS THAT WHEN I BOUGHT A CAR THIS MONTH FROM ANOTHER TOYOTA DEALER, I FOUND THAT THE LAST NUMBER ON MY MOBILE AND LAND LINE HAD BEEN CHANGED SO THAT I CAN'T GIVE A REVIEW ON THE SERVICE. ABSOLUTELY PATHETHIC
