Worst Service I have ever received. Specially Matilda, who doesn't know what she's doing and her manager, Sias, who supports her, knowing she didn't do her job properly. I made a booking and when we arrived the part weren't ordered. (which is okay, mistakes happen) but with this they didn't care or give any customer service. when I complained to the manager he didn't try to fix the problem and just defended himself and the bad service. It is already an inconvenience to take your car in for a service and plan a day without a car. They wasted my time.

I would suggest that anyone planning on going there should rather go to Renault Route 24, which is not far from Bidvest Mccarthy Renault Germsiton. They have amazing service and never disappoint. They sorted out my problem with no effort. Thanks to Renault Route 24 for making it easy.
