Never buy VW golf 7 1.0 2018, and McCarthy VW Wonderboom

The service I got from VW Wonderboom is bad and amount to a lot of inconvenience, I bought a VW golf 7.5, 1.0, 2018 model on the 22nd of March 2018.

on Saturday the 2nd of February 2019, I went to a wedding in Polokwane, Ga-Matlala, while I was driving around, my car lost power, it could only drive at 40km/hr, I cald their road assist, they adviced me not to drive a car any further and said they will tower the car to the nearest VW, which was in Polokwane , I explained to them am staying in Pretoria, they made a means of transport for me for me to be back from Pretoria by renting a car from Europcars, they further advise me to go back to where I bought a car for the arrangement of a courtesy car.

On Monday, I went to VW Wonderboom, the sales person referred me to the manager Sonia , she told me that she cannot help me with a courtesy car because the car is not at VW Wonderboom workshop, and I should go back to VW Polokwane where my car is, I called them and they told me that my car has just arrived at their workshop and I should wait for another 48hr for them to open a job card and assess the car, only then they will see a need for me to have a courtesy car, and currently they do not have courtesy cars, they told me to then forward my complaint to VW SA, I did so they told me the same thing,

My concern is my car breakdown has never shown some sense of urgency at the VW side, I used that car for work purposes, and where am working is no work no pay, I stayed already for two days without an alternative transport. VW wonderboom sold me the car, when it has the problem, they cannot help me,

This VW is not conviniet as I thought buying a new car with warranty is the best choice, but now am experiencing the worst of staying without a car and income also.
