Nav System

I bought a 2015 model Jeep Cherokee. Everytime I take my car for a service, they tell me there is no software update yet on the Nav system. 3 years later? I keep getting lost because I cannot rely on the maps. Its unsafe and unreliable for a woman. I have tried updating the nav system myself online, and the instructions are confusing, and sometimes your VIN number is not picked up. For the price you pay for this 'high end' car, you dont get the expected support.

Reviewer Update
I have taken my vehicle for its past 2 services to the Grand Central Jeep in Midrand. The most recent time was the 28/05/18, for the 30K service. During this service, I was told for the second time that there was no Nav update ready. When I received the After service SMS for my rating, I rated it negatively. When the call centre agent called a few days lady to find out why, I told her that I cannot believe my car has not updated since 2015. She promised to sort it out. This never happened. Hence, my Hello Peter post.

Good day,

Thank you for your response. Please note, Grand Central Jeep Midrand is not part of the Bidvest McCarthy motor group. The only dealership we have is in Centurion.

Apologises for the confusion.
