My Experience with VW

I would like to place my sincere thanks to VW Umhlanga and especially my service advisor Shaun Sukdeo( I think that was his surname). I was waiting for a call to rate his service but no call cane through so I had to post. I took my car in last week Thursday to VW Umhlanga for its service. I was assisted by Shaun who was friendly and helpful. I was greeted with a smile and I was kept updated the whole time. My vehicle was completed in good time and I was even picked up and taken to my car. Shaun went beyond my expectation and if I had to choose my service advisor the next time I would definately pick him. Thank you Shaun for a great experience with VW. I hope that this post is acknowleged by your managers.
