My Business isnt worth McCarthyVW Constantia time!

I approached the dealership towards the middle of last week as I was interested in purchasing a new vehicle.<br> When I finally got service from a passing by Salesman Lesley Le Bon he was very helpful in giving me information on my requirements. I was happy with the option that he presented to me so we went on to the next step by getting a trade-in value on my current VW. Two further salesman came to evaluate the vehicle which took them about 15-20 minutes. I was then advised by Lesley that the evaluation value of the vehicle will take up to 24 hours as they need to put it on a site where dealers can bid on it, which was nice to know.<br> <br> 7 Days later and I have not received any feedback from anyone from McCarthy VW Constantia.<br> <br> I am really appalled by McCarthy VW Constantia as they have these big signs up in the dealership punting the best Customer Service in SA. Really????<br> <br> Dissatisfied VW Fan.
