Misleading Information & Vehicle sold when a deposit has been paid!

A saga dragging on from July 2019, herewith to keep it Short, Sour & Simple!!!

Found a vehicle on the mccarthy website, made contact and went out to see the vehicle,

Very pleased with the vehicle, signed a OTP and paid a deposit,

That's when the horror started, the Vehicle was advertised as a 2018, the contract was drafted as a 2018, the OTP was signed as a 2018. However, low and behold, it was a 2016 that I easily found out when calling Renault for history reference (Since the salesman said that new vehicles DO NOT come with Service History Books)

Upon confrontation, Audi Wonderboom was rude and unhelpful, from the Manageress to the Salesman. Nevertheless, we concluded by agreeing that the vehicle will be taken for inspection, the service book arranged and fulfill the "FULL SERVICE HISTORY".

A week later, NO vehicle! They sold a vehicle that a deposit was paid for and pending above confirmation for delivery!

I have underlined McCarthy, because I have made effort to communicate with every department only to be thrown from Pillar to Post with no resolution!

Till to date, my deposit is still with Audi Wonderboom!!!
