Mislead with information on a VW polo TSI sunroof

My experience with McCarthy VW constantia Dealership has been an absolute nightmare.Was In the market to purchase a vehicle particularly with a panoramic sunroof however they did not have any available at the time so took one without with intention to do it aftermarket as salesman clearly indicated that this could be done however was mislead upon research found out that this cannot be done,the following day I approached the dealer indicating that I been mislead by the supp**** information and require an exchange as they have a seven day exchange policy which has now dragged over a month upon numerous calls and emails was now told by the used car sales manager Dylan Hope I got what I paid for and should use alternative avenues what a slap in the face from the leadership of McCarthy VW Constantia,Im so saddened by this poor customer service and incopotance of staff supplying consumers with misleading information,would not conduct any further bussines or recommend anybody to McCarthy VW Constantia as they will not go the extra mile to ensure customer satifaction.
