Misinterpretation of price and no customer service

Hi<br> I would like to express my disappointment in the manner which McCarthy Midrand conducts business.<br> Over the past weekend I visited their website as I am in the market of purchasing a BMW X3 2.0d. After finding one on the site I continued searching on other media sites. The same vehicle was <br> On Gumtree for the same price R139 000. So Monday morning early I left Randburg to view the vehicle. After arriving shortly after 6am, to avoid traffic and some excitement, I waited for the 7am opening .<br> One of the salesman arrived and I approached and informed him with website images of the vehicle to which I am interested in purchasing. He said that they have the vehicle in stock. This was great!<br> He then gave me the price of the vehicle, R319 000 and I realised that this was not the same as the website and showed him the 2 websites on where I saw the vehicle, one being McCarthy and the other Gumtree.<br> He said there had to be an error and he cannot sell the vehicle at that price.<br> <br> Now I feel that firstly, this was a misinterpretation of product and secondly, not once did he ask/offer something similar in the price class I was looking for or they displayed.
