Mechanical Problem with a Brand New VEHICLE

I bought a brand new GOLF 6 Cabriolet DSG 2014 vehicle last year in August, was so excited when collecting my car on the 13 August. Little did I know I was going to encounter problems with it just after few days. The aircon was not working, was getting a warning signal to service the car and oil. On the 25th August I brought it to the dealership's attention and the service was bad as the matter was not attended too urgently and I had to do follow ups myself. I dropped my car only on the 27th Aug. Feedback I got was that there was a bridged switch, hence problem with oil, how on a car that's suppose to be new I don't know. They identified there was no air con and need to book in the car again so they can install it. How did that pass the Quality point check from manufacture? After fixing the problems in Sept after collecting the car, they told me I will not experience such problems again. Just on Wednesday 18 March 2015, the warning signal again started saying engine oil failure the car is just 20K, coming from service and now and then requires oil. What a disappointment on such a car.
