Mcharthy sold me a defective vehicle and damaged m

I recently purchased a brand new golf 7 git from Mccarthy Vw in Durban and when I took delivery of the vehicle I noticed that the multi media screen would go blank every day several times and would only come on after an hour or more. I brought this to the attention of the new car manager who requested me to come in and they would check the vehicle after checking it they advised me that the vehicle batch had a problem and this would only be fixed when Vw in Germany writes a program to fix this issue and they could not give me a date when this would be it may be a few months or a year, the other day my tyre pressure warning light came on and I could not even reset this to see if I had a puncture as the screen was blank I cannot even reverse using the park assist as the screen is blank this is frustrating as I spent a lot of money and I have to put up with this chap after buying a brand new car.My car windscreen and mag was damaged on the day of taking it in and the new car manager is refusing to fix this, vw brand does not consider the safety of their clients and so to does Mcharthy.
