McCathy Volkswagen Constantia A AA SUCKS!!!
McCathy Volkswagen Constantia - SUCKS!!! This is the WORST dealership to ever to deal!!! I bought a vehicle from them in December 2015 and to date I am still driving around with a temporary permit. I'm sure it is ******* to issue two permits however this dealership has. To date my vehicle is still not registered. I have dealt with the Used Cars Manager - who is totally rude and has no way of talking their clients. The Dealer Principal just sends you back to the manager. No one has bothered to call me and tell me what is going one. I even have a letter stating that the dealership would receive the registration document by the 20th February - it is now the 24th February!!! Does anyone know who can assist me in getting my vehicle registered??? Can someone from VW call me????
