McCarty VW Umhlanga, Poor Service

For 7 weeks i have a EPC light warning on my dash, the performance is severely impacted on my VW take up, the issue is while driving the car, the power gets reduced, the car needs to be restarted a few times for it to be driven, i purchased my car from McCarty VW Umhlanga, McCarty VW Umhlanga suggested that i drive my car with the current condition and they will contact me when they have a loan car available and will take my car in for diagnosing. +- 7 weeks has past they didn't provide a loan car for me, i have been constantly emailing them for updates but no luck, the service advisor doesn't keep you up to date, you have to call in to be kept in the loop. i have reported it with VW SA they're currently communicating with the vw umhlanga branch. However their service is absolutely terrible, i will never buy another VW again! thanks
