McCarthy Wonderboom

<p>After buying a Jeep Grand Cherokee, I started dealing with McCarthy Wonderboom, or Jeep Wonderboom as they are commonly known around here. There are two people at the dealership who have restored my beliefs in what good service should be. The first is Jo-Anne who I belief is the workshop receptionist (I guess she has a more relevant title). This lady handles extremely difficult customers, of which I was one (And I was wrong) extremely well and is always professional and can tell you at any given time exactly where your vehicle is in the process of being serviced. She makes you feel like you are of real importance to the dealership and make you feel welcome when interacting with her, even if she may be very busy. She is maybe the major reason for the experience of visiting McCarthy Wonderboom being a nice one and one you think back on with a smile on your face. Jo-Anne is normally the first point of contact with McCarthy and therefore represents who the client is dealing with. I think McCarthy should acknowledge the excellent service from Jo-Anne and realise the positive impression she creates of their dealership. Then there is Karel, the workshop manager. He never makes you feel stupid, even if the question you ask is stupid. He is down to earth in his approach and is always available to answer any questions about your vehicle and to advise on technical issues. I was speaking to another client while waiting to fetch my Jeep after a service, who also echoed his appreciation for Karel's professionalism, competence and "easy" way of interacting with clients. People like Jo-Anne and Karel make clients feel as if they are dealing with a professional brand and as if they are driving cars that belong with the best out there. They make me feel as if I bought the right vehicle and as if I can have peace of mind about the future of my car. Thank you Jeep for employing stars like these two (And I am sure there are more working for you who I have not had dealings with). You make us proud to be Jeep drivers.</p> <p> </p>
