McCARTHY VW - SILVER OAKS CROSSING: POOREST SERVICE DEPARTMENT YOU WILL DEAL WITH

My well looked after vehicle went for its service on time as always and I asked them to just check my aircon as it’s not as effective as always. After being advised that they will simply regas, now I am sitting with a aircon not working at all. They simply stated sorry your compressor is not working. How can my aircon work before service and after my service its blowing hot air… and this now after my vehicle is 5 months out of warranty / service plan. Now they expect me to pay 25k to replace the compressor. I have not had one follow up call after logging this complaint to VW SA…. Proves the great customer care ….
