McCarthy VW Arcadia Service is horrible

I am really really disappointed with the Service I received from McCarthy VW Arcadia, I bought a new Polo TSi Comfortline 2018 in April and here is my experience: My salesman Isaac Lodi did everything to help speed up my deal and I got my car on the 4th of April, I decided to drive to KZN on the 6th and that’s where the horror began, the car suddenly didn’t want to take gears, I called VW Arcadia and guess what they said, they told me I am half clutching and insisted that even after telling them I know a lot about cars and the clutch isn’t burnt on the car but they still blamed me, I called my insurance and fortunately they towed the car to Middelburgh VW and after spending hours there they found out that the car was dispatched without Brake Fluid hence it wasn’t moving anymore, they called VW Arcadia and told them what was the problem, till today I never received any apology for being blamed at first. Again the car had some blubbing sound by the exhaust system, I reported that, they booked the car for inspection, I took it in on Tuesday the 11th of December, what was supposed to be an inspection ended up being a fight betweeen myself and their service team, they heard the sound but couldn’t identify where it’s coming from, they kept the car till Thursday the 13th and I don’t understand why because they were not doing anything to it, I had to call my service person Sokhu hundred times requesting the car back until I decided to go to the dealership and collect my car, I went to Powerflow Empangeni, they found out the aluminum cover above the exhaust *****s were not tightened hence the bubbling sound, mind you I had to pay from my own pocket yet they claim the car is under warranty. I find this soooo unprofessional and pathetic
