mccarthy umhl not interested in aftersales service

My fiances vehicle had been towed in to McCarthy Vw Umhlanga branch some 6 weeks ago for an engine fault. While there it was asked to have the vehicle serviced and that the air conditioning be looked at as it was giving off a repulsive smell when activated. <br> <br> A WEEK LATER I fetched the vehicle, the air conditioning was still not working. The service consultant was quick to claim that they did not play with it. After looking back at the service notes, she says, \oh yes it was looked at. They dont have the spray to neutralize the odour". The battery in the key was also not working and was told that it would take about 2hrs to replace as the staff were all on lunch. Dumb founded I left and said that I would be back tomorrow. <br> <br> The next day my fiance went over to have the batteries replaced"
