McCarthy toyota Pretoria bad service

Hi my name is Ivan ,I traded in a car (Nissan Micra) at Toyota McCarty Dealership (Arcadia) for a Hyundai i20 within 3days the car started giving me problems ,I took it back they promised to fix the matter and told me that its just a minor issue it came back afterwards with more electrical problems I tried communicating with Tebogo the sales man they took the car more than 6times to fix it but couldn't fix it I then ended up going to Thabo his manager to deal with the matter but as I walked into his office he just chased me out and said I must go back to the sales man I mean he failed to deal with the issue and that's why I attempted to communicate with him but it didn't work out I took the matter forward and asked for the dealer principal by the name of Titi he was on leave so he promised me he will communicate with his staff and get them to handle the matter urgently but things turned out to be the same the matter wasn't resolved I was stuck with the problematic i20 (the key got stuck in the ignition and couldn't come out) I was in Venda ,I had to pay someone to at least get the car moving ,I used the instalment money for that month. They told me they are trying to get a replacement car I waited and waited they told me they got it but they can't do the upliftment so the only solution was for them to settle the car they agreed to it but until today i'm waiting for that settlement. After the treatment and and service I've received in this dealership I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I'm very much disappointed in this dealership! They don't take their work and customers seriously I'm waiting for something that doesn't even take a day to do!
