McCarthy Toyota Midrand - Client service excellence

My Prado's rear camera was damaged recently during a major service on the vehicle at McCarthy Toyota Midrand.

I returned to McCarthy a few days later to find remedy for the problem. The Service Adviser escalated the matter immediately to the Service Manager who took personal ownership of the matter and replaced the faulty camera.
