McCarthy Suzuki great follow up service : Conrad

This compliment comes after my dissatisfaction with Lesley-Ann who works at Mekor Suzuki in Tygervalley mentioned in a previous complaint. Let me start by saying that I have not a single complaint against McCarthy or Mekor Suzuki as a dealership as I have received great service from both. I will, however, inform all my friends who opt to purchase a new vehicle and are considering a Suzuki to steer well clear of Lesley-Ann Belford as I regard her as dishonest with poor ethics when it comes to dealing with clients in the motor trade. I am merely one client, but after referring my friend to her who paid cash for the vehicle he received ZERO after sales service after enquiring to her directly on numerous occasions and as she does not submit the claim for the spotters fee she \promises"I would advise you to avoid the frustration. The smile you see as you are paying your hard earned cash for a vehicle is only skin deep. Once the commission is pocketed your \""great\"" experience will end. That also goes for anyone who is promised a spotters fee. Who knows...maybe she will mend her ways in future"
