McCarthy's absent customer care

After appalling service received from the McCarthy branch I tried to contact the group's customer care department. No contact number or e-mail address could be found. I contacted Bidvest who gave me the number for McCarthy's Head Office. This number was answered promptly but when I enquired about customer care I was asked to phone another number. To ensure the number was correct I repeated the number and it was confirmed. This number was answered by an answering machine stating \ There is no one available to answer your call
