Mccarthy Parow

Hi, I just want to share my experience. My car is making funny sounds when driving at high speeds. Took the car to Mccarthy Parow and they booked in the car. Arrived there this morning and they told me they are not going to fix the car because they are not going to drive the car at high speed and I told them they must try driving it at 120km/h and the guy refused and was very rude and eventually told me to take the car somewhere or call VW if I want. I don't think I deserve not to be respected or embarrassed in front of everyone and we all deserve to be treated with dignity. Anyway, I took the vehicle to other VW (not McCarthy) and they told me they will lift the car and check for obvious things and drive it for no more than 120km/h. Exactly what I needed.

I want you to talk to your people, last year I asked them to replace a cornering light and few days it was broken again and they told me that it is not their problem, I must pay for a new one. They are very nice when one is buying a car.
