McCarthy not trustworthy

McCarthy Ford and Mazda in Silver Lakes should not be trusted. In the MIO agreement signed on the day of purchase it was stipulated I should receive a spare key and the cubby holder should be fixed. This was in 2012. It is now 2017. I’ve launched multiple complaints and phoned several times with regards to this. They keep on saying there is no request from my side of meeting their end of the agreement. They also conveniently lost the MIO and asked me to provide one, which I have and still no response. In the last scheme they concocted they told me that in the next buy they can give me a discount. I DON’T WANT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM YOU EVER AGAIN, I WANT YOU TO KEEP YOUR END OF THE BARGAIN.
