McCarthy Lynnwood, worst service ever!!!

I would expect this from a backyard mechanic. My car was longer than two weeks in the workshop, I got my car back today with oil covering brand new seat covers, outrages!! The plastic cover around the back wheel is broken AND a empty packet of chips pushed in there, where in the world!!! My car is dirty not cleaned at all. The first quote I got was for more than R80 000, this was for worked that was done previously, the next thing I got a call from a dealer wanting to sell a new car to me!!! Is this how targets is made, take your car for a service, the mechanic will make sure that the quote is so ridiculous that buying a new car would sound like a option.
