McCarthy is ****ing terrible

McCarthy is actually very unprofessional. Firstly I have a policy with them. Firstly to claim I was referred to a third party called IUA business solutions. That was when I found out that they had captured my tyre size incorrectly and it was through that third party that I found out about it. It is me who is running around trying to fix the issue, even went to VW McCarthy Durban and still I can’t get any help. Now I’m trying to figure out a way to fix it and I’m getting sent from pillar to post. Firstly I spoke to Kristal at about 12h35, whom was rude and not even listening to what I was saying. She then called Ashley who referred me to Shanika or Sharika from the claims department. She then just hung up on me without so much as telling me what’s going on. It’s been 48 hours of this ****.
