Mccarthy group customer service is absolutely pdisgusting
Rediculous teamwork and cummunication between management at dealerships. I am already qualified to purchase the car I want however the mccarthy dealership that has the vehicle refuses to release it to the dealership where I did the application even though there are no applications on it. I would never recommend going through mccarthy to anyone. Now I am forced to find another vehicle and do another finance application which will drop my credit score again. Obviously I will not be doing it through the Mccarthy group.
