McCarthy Ford The Glen

I purchased a Ford fiesta 2017 Demo car on 5 May 2018 @ McCarthy Ford The Glen and it started giving me problems and when i reported it, the sales person was not helpful at all. I went to McCarthy Ford Silver Lakes and they checked the car and told me that all 4 rims are bent and tyres uneven wear. I then forwarded the report from Silver Lakes to the sales person and he told me that his manager agreed to replace only 2 rims. He then told me to bring it he booked it in, i went there only to find out that i was not booked in, the lady there assisted me and they changed the 2 rims, they refused to change the tyres as well and the rear tyres have flat spots as per tiger wheel's inspection. And my request from them was to replace all 4 rims and tyres as I am not happy with the state of the car. The service i received is very poor.
