MCCARTHY DENT & SCRATCH INSURANCE

<p>What a *******. When I purchased my vehicle through McCarthy in 2010 I requested they do not include the Service plan, extended warranty etc. Well to my surprise, 6 years later I get a call from Streamline who administer the McCarthy Dent and Scratch insurance to say, my policy had expired 7 days prior, would I like to take out another. WELL I NEVER RECEIVED A POLICY document. Anyway lucky for me I had a little incident on the 3rd of February, 2 weeks prior to the policy expiring, I reversed into a pole. I submitted the claim and guess WHAT?????? They repudiated it. SO BE WARNED WHEN DEALING WITH MCCARTHY AND STREAMLINE, best idea FIND ANOTHER DEALER AND INSURANCE!!!! Disgusting service from a client who paid her premium up front and never claimed in 6 YEARS :-(</p>
