mccarthy club ***

Natasha from McCarthy club called me just after I bought a new car at McCarty in germiston to congratulate me and to tell me that I qualify for road assistance membership from club McCarthy. She already had all my personal details for example my ID number address and so on. she said something about R30 and that she will send me an email with the membership details. when I asked her if it is R30 pm or per year the call was disconnected? I never received the Email ,I called them last week to find out about the membership because two payments has been deducted from my account, I don't even know what my membership number is. I also said that I would like to cancel the membership because I do have road assistance with OUT SURANCE where my car is insured (not that it is any of there business) The person I spoke to promised me that NATASHA will contact me. SHE still didn't after a week now. All that I know is that they do have my cell number on there system but I don't even know what my membership number is. WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE? I want this membership to be cancelled. Must I open a complaint at the police or must I seek help from the ombudsman because I am not getting any response since
