McCarthy Bidvest Dealership refuses to issue spare car key

3 years ago I bought a car at one of their dealerships in Midrand, the branch has since closed. I was issued with one set of keys with the undertaking that the spare will be sent. I have been waiting.

I have been sent from one person to another to get a key which is rightfully mine, which in the meantime continues to create a great of anxiety. Car keys are not cheap.
