Mazda 2 parts- Great south Autobody

My car was taken to Great south autobody panel beaters in February. They ordered parts with Mccarthy the glen and were told parts in back order from Japan. I have since waited for parts till today. When following up with Mazda today parts were delivered on 4-8th april 2016 and no one saw the need to inform relavant persons. My car is yet further delayed to be fixed because Yusuf is on leave and Clinton clearly doesn't know what his doing because he has given so many people different stories- which dont make sense! Each time i call in for follow ups which shouldnt even happen im told \sorry the blame is with Mazda\". This is unacceptable!"
