Managing Perceptions - Don't expect to get it back cleaned though

So how do you know if your service on your beloved VW was done with loving care? We had three vehicles serviced at this dealership in the last 20 days. All three came back with the same dusty engines. 2 on Maintenance Plans and 1 Cash Invoiced. This after we have reported the matter to the Services Manager and Dealer Principal. Guess we just have to take their word for it don't we?

One thing we can tell you, don't open your bonnet after your service. You will be disappointed! Unless you like your replaced parts in the neat plastic bag to be a lot cleaner than even the plastic engine cover of just serviced beloved VW.
