Maintenance plan /
I am very disappointed in how sales people will always just care about getting a commission, even if it means they lie to a client just to make a sale.
I bought a car from VW constantia in May 2019,and I clarified if the vehicle would have a maintenance plan and was told that it will be on the plan until 45km.
First of all, this car has given me a problem with the brake pads from the first month already.it makes a very unsettling sound from the brakes as if the is pressure released and I consulted with varies people and was told that because I'm used to driving an Audi,I may feel a difference which is "normal"
I asked that the brakes be checked on the first service and apparently they checked the brakes and everything is ok. Car continued to make those weird sounds and today my car went in for second service and apparently my car has a service plan and not a maintenance plan which all this time i thought i was paying for. Now i was quoted over R3000 to replace the brakes pads.
I was sold a lie from the beginning and I am very disappointed that VW constantia kloof does not give their client the full information and options. All they care about is signing a deal and making a commission.
Be very careful when you purchase from this dealer.
I wonder what I am paying for. My question still stands.
What exactly is covered in the maintenance/service plan because apparently i am expected to pay for alot including wheel alignment.
What exactly do you do to the car that is included in the fee? Do you just change the oil and wash the car?
I am very disappointed with the service
