Maintenance plan

I have a maintenance plan with McCarthy for 5 years/ 100,000 km.<br> The maintenance contract was signed on 28-12-2010, and possession of the vehicle was taken on 15-01-2011.<br> <br> In the \definitions"section of the contract it clearly states that the date of inception is the date that the vehicle is delivered to the customer- in this case it would be the 15th of January 2011. <br> <br> My car is in for a service today (12-01-2016) and I was told that McCarthy has flagged the contract as expired as from 28-12-2015"
