last year on the 08th of November i called Bidvest Club McCarthy requesting a home driver (take me home ) service, i stayed long on a call with an agent who took all the details I geve them but when it was my pick me up time no one arrived I eneded up driving my self. Now last Thursday(04.06.2026) same thing happened I called at 17:00 and spoek to an agent by the name of Real who was very much unproffesional, telling me that she has never booked these kind of services before I was very patient with her, she would be very quiet on the line till I would ask if she is still there, some other dead air she would be humming songs but not getting addresses correctly, I was now getting very irate and Real told me that i am frastared and taking it out on her very rudely so. she then advised that she has booked my services and i would recieve sms which i never recieved at 18:40pm she calls me again sayng that there is a problem with my bookings I eneded up asking her to use my diffent policy to render these services still she could not assist me properly I ended up asking to speak to her team leader on duty she transfered the call to Mandy who asked me to give all the details that I already gave to Real, I did and she advised that she has created them on the sytem and they will wait for their servcie provicer to respnd to them and they will revert back. Now it is friday 05.06.2026 I am recieve and sms from Real advising that she was to call me regarding my booking which she never call until i call her after an hour and she advised that she is sorry that she forgot to call me, she then started again to tel me that I am not covered for the taxi services under Club McCarthy even when i asked her managed Mandy touse a different policy, I then asked to speak to someone who is willing to assist I was therefore transfered to Paballo who is under Matrix to ask her to assist with the two taxi service as Real and Mandy are assisting me with a home driver with my vehicle under Club Mc Carthy, Paballo therefore advised that she will assist and will send through the sms which i recived but when i called to reconfirm all boking all the infomation was wrong and all these gaents knocked off I was now very upset I asked to speak to the management on duty I was transfered to Itumeleng who was very proffessional and heard my needs and assisted me accordingly. I was later assist with all 3 servised but it was a struggle for 2 days that i ended up not enjoying my outing on friday.
