Jeep Wrangler Faulty Gearbox

I bought the Jeep Wrangler at McCarthy Wonderboom CJD on Sept 2014 which was on 71 000 km. I took it back to the dealership on 72 000 km on Oct 2014 for service, on the 1st week of December 2014 I needed the service again on the car at 84 000km and I was told that they are fully booked and only can be helped on the 29th Dec 2014. I experienced problems on the car while I was driving and took it back to the dealership where they tested it and told me it has a gearbox problem. Sales executive Mr. Jan-Hendrik V.d. Walt who sold me the car told me they couldn't assist me as they were fully booked and sent me to Vision Motors to have a look at the vehicle. They were fully booked and I was not helped. McCarthy Wonderboom pour oil on the car and told me there is nothing they can do to help. I left for holidays and the car couldn't move after I just poured petrol at a garage in Graffreinet. I spent my holidays without a vehicle in 2014 and on January 2015 they hired a car for me to come back to Pretoria. They gave me a courtesy car that they now want it back and my car is still with them with spare keys, soft roof. I need them to to fix my gearbox sothat I can drive the car I bought.
