Is my vehicle really being serviced?

This is a rather delayed but overdue feedback! Has anyone wondered/ questioned why the entire service department has changed?... Take your vehicle to any other dealership i.e. Toyota in Pinetown or Westville. The dealer principle isn't much of a help either to address customer issue's as compared to other the other dealerships.

Toyota McCarthy - Edwin Swales. The DP (Livingstone)is just as bad as the rest of the staff... "if there's no customer service... there's no customer... even if you stand on your head!!! Moved all our business over to a new Dealership (Toyota Westville)!

I also just found out that my warranty cover for my vehicle wasn't extended until I moved dealerships and they had to update my service plan. McCarthy Toyota Edwin Swales sucks big time at Customer Service as well. Now I must pay almost double for McCarthy Toyota Edwin Swales stuff up/ poor communication s****s. Not sure what they need more ... training or management/ leadership to help them improve on what they are lacking.
