Incorrect Quote and no Proper Customer Feedback

I took my vehicle to McCarthy Westgate for an oil service. The consultant who was dealing with me at the time was Peter Four ie. I was initially quoted an amount of R2700 after I had to follow up.On collection of the vehicle the amount was now R6270. Work was done which I did not authorize for.Peter was also not there at the time of collection of my vehicle.My vehicles km 's is only at 106000km whereas the quote makes reference to a vehicle of 120000km. Therefore a major service and an oil service was done.The major service is only due when the vehicle is at 120000 km. This is a complete ******* and all trust has been lost in McCarthy Volkswagen Westgate.This can also be considered as ***** as my vehicle is nowhere near 120000km.
