I took my car for service to McCarthy Hatfield but the service I recieved left me wondering if we are still leaving in the aphatheid era. Elmari, the service consultant who dealt with me me was very rude and I felt so discriminated because I am black. She even had the mouth to say 'she was doing me a favourby getting my car serviced' and yet I called in two days before to get my car serviced. Elmari needs to be taught proper people skills and she should discriminate people because of their colour. The problem was taken to the service manager, Johan Swart, but all he did was make the situation worse. WhilstI was sittingin the office wit both Elmari and Johan, they started speaking in Afrikaans and yet they knew that I could not understand a word they said. I had to ask both of them to speak in English. I was utterly disappointed and disgusted by the service I got from these two and I would not recommend anyone to go service their car there unless you are looking for a service from hell!!
