Bought a Hyundai i10 in Dec 2016 at Bidvest McCarthy Pre-Owned Midrand, wonderful service to sell me the car and everything was all good and well until it came time to renew my license disk only to find out that the car isn’t on the roadworthy system at the post office. Phoned them, they couldn’t find the papers... They came to fetch the car (at my petrol expense) to take it through road worthy again (wasn’t aware that a cracked windshield on the passenger side would be an issue as every car i bought was roadworthy from the get go.) Got a call from the sales rep named Thabo that i have been dealing with only for him to swear and shout at me for wasting HIS time. Never have i been as disrespected as a client in my life! I find their customer relations appalling and utterly disgusting to say the least.
