I want my money back

I am really not happy with the service I got at VW in Parow for the first time after 10 years using vw. My car had a problem a month ago I took it them and I was told that the car is fixed and I paid them. I drove the only for 10 day then the car did the same thing. I took it back to them. So my has been to them for almost a month now I want my money back and a car they are refused to give back the money and the man said I must pay for hours that the car was with them because the technician spend time on the car but it is not fixed.
