I RECEIVED THE BAD SERVICE EVER WITH THIS DEALERSHIP, NOR WOULD I EVER RECOMMEND THE TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!

It was last year 30 October 2018 when I bought a car a white new Polo Vivo 14 comfortLine the dealer was called uKhanyisile. they sold me a faulty brand new car and am sure even the commission of that car is finished now but here i am on the 1st of May 2019 still complaining not happy actually disappointed because still my car does not have a heater, we in winter now this issue i addressed it with them 3 day i brought the car and they told me there was a part that was not there to make the heater works, they told me as soon as the part is ordered they will inform I have been the one who's following up, phoning them now and then i even asked for the maintenance department's number they told me the very same thing that they will inform me when the part is there even today i guess they still phoning my car is near in 15000km that i have to book it for a service but the heater is not working still and i had a dent that happened earlier this year i informed them again knowing my warranty covers dent and scratches but they told me to go for quotation i did that sent back the papers there was no response up until today. and when =i was speaking to Khanyi on the phone she first deny that am covered under Tyre, dents and scratches that i even asked her to send me the contract i signed with them that when she admits that she has made a mistake yes am covered but did nothing about it still. am not happy with how they treat customers or i should say they never treated me well ever since and am paying for the car but am not happy about it and slowly am experiencing faulty things like it was a second car or something. first how can you sell a new car with a heater that is not working , ain't they test the car before selling em like really? okay now i have informed them why ain't they taking ACTION. Am very ****ed with them and i would never recommend them to anyone because they haven't done any good job to me i mean they have done NOTHING, my car is like a second hand car and it disappointing to tell people when it is cold the heater is not working on a car i claim that it is new. I am going to report them even on hello peter they don't care about the customers all they do is you important to them when they still want you to make sales with them after that you become a peace of **** next to a tree.
